The Gym Is Closed, What Now?
Now, this is the time for your body to say, “hey man, I want to just sit on a couch and do nothing.” To be honest, I am feeling the same thing right now. Going to the gym is definitely a matter of setting your hard-earned momentum at first and then letting this mysterious power carry you along through tough times. According to The Compound Effect book by Darren Hardy, this same momentum is what Apple and Microsoft used to propel their business to great heights. Now if the gym is closed, there are a lot of convincing reasons why your brain wants to skip it.
The Game plan
I have a simple game plan. Since I haven’t done any physical training for this week, I want to make sure I accomplish 100 pushups, 100 squats, and 100 pull-ups at the end of the week. Why delay it you may ask? I want to make sure I accomplish it one by one without cramming it all in one day. I know I can do it and it is just a matter of finishing each muscle group 1 step at a time.
Ready to train with me? Just let me know!
