Solving our body by stepping into plant-based diet while building strength, one step at a time.

Going Back to Basics

Going Back to Basics

After a week of rest, it is time to go back to basics. I want to make sure to follow a training plan that suits my schedule and can be accomplished anytime, anywhere. My solution? Calisthenics exercise or also known as bodyweight training. By doing push up alone, you are lifting 50-75% of your body weight. If you want a detailed computation on how to get the exact percentage using Pythagorean theorem and Trigonometry, this link is for you my nerdy comrade.

Nike Training App to track my progress

I am now using the Nike Training Club app again to restart my physical training. This is helpful to jumpstart my training habits on a monthly basis. I am currently enrolled on the 4-weeks bodyweight training challenge that not nonly increases my endurance, but also physical strength as well. You have an option to increase workout difficulty, training count, and add cardio training.

Looking for the days ahead

I am excited on this new journey even though I already accomplished many bodyweight training challenges before. I am definitely looking forward to the coming weeks! Want to join me? Just let me know by leaving a comment down below.
