When that happens, stay calm and know that it’s only a test. Just commit and follow through. It’s simple and yet the most powerful part of the process.
While the main goal for you is to focus on your faith on this lenten season, it is also the perfect time to start with your plant-based journey. While there are tons of resistance prior starting, one courageous act of defiance will definitely silence your noisy inner critic once and for all.
To your amazing health,

There are hundreds of products out there that claims to be the silver bullet for hair regrowth. But most products I see always turns out to be an ineffective. Worst part? It is pricey. You may experience a very expensive “trial and error”, which may end up burning a hole through your wallet instead of solving the real issue.
Is there a way? I think there maybe, but I have to let you know first that I am still on this process as well and I am re-learning its concepts as of the moment. Also it made me understood a very important lesson, your hair is just a symptom of an underlying issue that you need to discover.
So it means, if I buy a hair regrow product without solving the main issue, it is just a bandaid to an open wound. Also, this process may take time, which can be frustrating at times because you are not seeing the results right away. But just like going to the gym, if you are doing the right things consistently, the results will come. I learned it the hard way.
So, I purchased an eBook about hair regrow and it talks about the concept of fixing the underlying cause of hairloss. It contains in 11 in-depth modules that explains the root cause of it and I want to share what I learned so far.
A quick look on fixing the underlying cause of hairloss
The first module talks about boosting your hair’s building blocks. You may need to create a plant- based smoothie and bone broths to give your hair the necessary nutrients for hair growth. I used fish bone here since I am still a pescatarian. But if you a 100% vegan, you can use the green smoothie instead.
Second, removing existing toxins using a 5 days fast. Theough time your body accumulates toxins that are present in your blood stream. The safest way to remove it is by doing a 5 days fast. No solid foods, just tea, carrot juice, or any organic juice you may prefer. This will help your stomach take a break so that your body can proceed with the detoxification.
Third, eat alkalazing foods. It is believed that a body that’s acidic can cause most common diseases nowadays. A typical western diet is highly acidic, that’s why it is best to avoid those.
Fourth, removing hairloss triggers like commercial shampoos, stress, hot showers, and water.
Fifth, reducing sugar intake. Sugar may have a corralation between DHT and hairloss. Scientific studies have identified that DHT has a direct link with hairloss. By minimizing sugar intake, you are also reducing the effects of DHT to your hair.
6th is combining food for optimum absorption. There are foods that goes along well together. That’s why identifying those foods are essential to health. Also, the more you drink a glass of water right after eating may cause indigestion because it dilutes the necessary stomach juices that breaks down food.
7th is allergies and autoimmune response may cause hairloss. It is best to identify the foods you are allergic to and make sure to avoid it. When an auto immune response triggers, DHT identifies your hair follicle as foreign, hence hair miniaturization.
8th, eating the foods that are right for your genes. Apparently, your genes requires specific foods for your body to perform at its best. Indigenous people usually don’t experience hairloss. These people usually eat foods based on their geographical location. If they deviate to it like adopting a western diet, your body will react to it and will show symptoms like hairloss.
9th, improve your gut flora. Eating processed meat may reduce the gut flora in your stomach. This is also true especially if the meat you eat has antibiotics in it, which is hard to detect. Most meats right now has some sort of antibiotics that’s why it is best to avoid it.
10th, oxygenation of blood through breathing exercises. For hair to grow, it needs nutrients and oxygen. That’s why it is also important to apply Wim Hof’s method here to make sure you have the the necessary levels of oxygen in your blood.
And lastly, reducing the frequency of semen ejaculation. This topic is specifically for men. It is believed semen is one’s life force. Longevity is associated for people who do not waste their “life force away”. That’s why it is best to control its frequency every month to make sure you don’t consume too much energy refilling your life force.
Hair is like tree planting. The more you give the right nutrients, the more it will grow. On the other side of the coin, if you do the opposite, it will show its symptoms physically. That’s why it is best to help your body rebuild itself as you are growing your hair by eating the right foods. This process is may take years before you see a significant results on your effort but it is definitely worth the try.
To your amazing health,
Wim How’s method focuses on breathing exercises that has a direct link to your endocrine and immune system. Fascinating isn’t it? This claim is already proven time and time again from Wim Hof’s scientific test and medical scrutiny. This means that the you are energizing […]

Wrist strength is a key element for any training regimen. Whether you are a weight lifter or a gymnast, proper wrist training is essential for it to withstand the physical demands of your training.
Whenever you train, 95% of the the time you need your hands and wrist to do a certain movements to train your arms, back, chest, and more. That’s why any injuries associated to your wrist may be detremental to your training regimen. This may lead to required rest days, recovery time, and missed training workouts.
One simple right hook led to wrist injury
Since I am also doing light boxing, I need to ensure that my wrist can withstand the impact when I do rounds on the punching bag. I remembered when I tried to land a hook, my wrist landed the bag slightly beyond normal. In real fight sequence, a punch may land on an unpredicted pattern. With my case, it is just a flat punching bag waiting to be hit. As I hit the bag with all of my body weight, my wrist felt the unusual angle of my punch. I immidiately felt the sharp pain on my wrist and completely regretted it. That resulted to a month of healing time, which is difficult when you already build a momentum to your workout.
The Fruits Of My Wrist Training
That was a painful experience. I also don’t want you to experience anything like it even if you are not training on a heavy bag. That’s why I recommend this basic wrist training to make your wrist even stronger. A couple of days ago I tried a different variation of pushups. It is simply called, wrist push up. On the video below, you will he how it goes for a full 3 reps. Just a heads up, before I am able to do this move, I made sure to warm up my wrist using the following exercises first to prevent injury. It is also good to note that I am already doing the basic wrist training for almost 8 months now so my wrist. Also, I am using a soft yoga mat here to dampen the pressure on my wrist and skin to make it less painful on my first try.
On the video above, I want to let you know that this is one of the fruits of constantly training your wrist. Doing this move without using the basic wrist training may lead to injuries so make sure to stregthen your fist before attempting this move.
Next level wrist training
Now, I noticed that the actual wrist pushup is different from the one I did above. I noticed that you need to start your push-up position on your knuckles. Then when you go down, trainsition to the your wrist, palms facing your face. Then going back up again to your wrist when you lift your body up to complete a full push-up. Here’s how it looks like.
As you can see, the wrist tends to bend from an unexpected angles. This is common when you lift your body as you transition to your knuckles. You also have to literally burst your energy on your way up to have a very minimal weighlessness. At that moment you can easily switch to your knuckles safely compared doing it slowly. If you experience this without proper wrist training will lead to wrist injuries.
The following videos are very helpful in training your wrist to the next level. However, like I previously mentioned, you need to practice the basic wrist training first before you want to attempt this move. Having the ability to do this is quite fun and exciting. Just make sure to do a safety precaution first to prevent any kinds of injuries associatied to it. Always remember, aim to have a strong and flexible wrist.
To your amazing wrist,
